Received sponsored research project titled, "Development of an Atomic processes database using calculation and measurement in tokamak and lab plasma, from DAE-BRNS, (2023-2026).

The project of the PPL group titled: Nonthermal-Atmospheric-Photo-Plasma (NAP) Reactor: Wastewater to Liquid Fertilizer was selected for the expo in the 2nd edition of IInvenTiv-2024, R&D fair organized by the MOE, Govt. of India at IIT Hyderabad. 

Mr. Allabakshi S M received the “Best Poster Award” for the paper titled: “Non-invasive diagnostic of nonthermal hybrid plasmas applied for water treatment applications” at the 3rd International Conference on Plasma Theory and Simulations (PTS 2023) held between 22 – 23 September 2023, JNU Delhi.

Mr. Allabakshi S M received the “Best Poster Award” from the Center of Excellence at Conference On Desalination, Brine Management and Water Recycling held on July 21st – 22nd, 2023, at IIT Bombay.

Indhu Suresh published her research work on "Relativistic calculation of electron impact excitation of tin: Cross sections of importance in plasma modeling" in Plasma Sources Science and Technology, 2023.

PSNSR Srikar published his research work on "Non‐invasive optical characterization and estimation of Zn porosity in gas tungsten arc welding of Fe-Al joints using CR model and OES measurements" in Plasma Science and Technology, 2023.

Mr. Allabakshi S M received the first prize in the "Best oral presentation award category" from the 1st Institute Level Research Scholars Symposium organized by IIT Tirupati, India held on May 9th, 2023, at IIT Tirupati.

Mr. Allabakshi S M received first prize in the “Best paper award category” from the Indo-Canadian Symposium on Water Management: Sustainability & Impact of Climate Change organized by Dalhousie University, Canada, and IIT Tirupati, India, held on March 6th – 7th, 2023, at IIT Tirupati.

Mr. Allabakshi S M received the “Best paper award” from the International Society Of Energy Environment And Sustainability (ISEES) at the 7th sustainable energy and environmental challenges (VII-SEEC) Conference held from December 16th – 18th, 2022, at IIT (BHU), Varanasi.

Mr. Allabakshi S M received the “International Travel Grant Scheme (ITS)” from the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India for attending GEC October 2022 conference in Japan.
